Mrs. Audi

Director

Hello! My name is Mrs. Audi, and I am the proud Director of Sai’s Sprouts. I’ve dedicated my life to the field of education, beginning my journey as a classroom teacher in 2014. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Human Development from Sonoma State University through the Hutchins School Program.

Working with young children is my true passion. I find so much joy in watching them explore the world around them, ask questions, and grow through curiosity and creativity. Early childhood is such a magical time, and I firmly believe that fostering a nurturing, mindful environment helps children develop into thoughtful, confident, and compassionate individuals.

At Sai’s Sprouts, we value the importance of mindfulness—not only as a tool for emotional regulation but as a lifelong skill that encourages awareness, empathy, and inner peace. Helping our little learners grow both academically and emotionally is the most rewarding part of what we do.

On a personal note, I’m thrilled to share that my husband of two years and I are expecting our first child soon! As we prepare to begin this beautiful new chapter, I feel even more connected to the families we serve and the importance of early education in shaping a child’s future.

Education has always been a calling for me, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to support our children, families, and staff as we grow and learn together.

Ms. Liz

Sprouts Teacher (2years old - 3years old)

Hi, my name is Lizbeth Pacheco, and I began working with young children in September 2024.

Since then, I’ve truly loved every moment of being part of their early learning journey. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching children grow, explore the world around them, and discover something new each day—it brings me so much joy.

I believe that children learn best through play, creativity, and a nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. My goal is to help each child build a strong foundation—socially, emotionally, and academically—through engaging and meaningful experiences.

I’m proud to be part of a team that helps shape the future, one little learner at a time!

Ms. Jessica C.

Sprouts Teacher (2years old - 3years old)

Hi, I’m Ms. Jess!

Caring for others has always been a part of who I am. Growing up, I naturally took on the role of caring for the younger children in my family, so it’s no surprise that I found my way into the world of child care. Before that, I explored my love for caretaking in other ways—working with animals at a doggy hotel and supporting seniors as a caregiver.

In 2020, I became a first-time mom to a beautiful (and sometimes wild!) little girl. I spent two wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom before returning to the workforce, where I found my true calling in child care. I’ve since taken professional development classes through Theoria to earn my credentials and have been working with children professionally for the past three years—and I couldn’t love it more! I’m so excited to continue growing in this field and making a difference in the lives of little ones every day.

Mrs. Jessica J.

Garden Room Teacher (PreK)

Hi, my name is Jessica Jimenez, and I am the Garden Room teacher (Pre-K).

I’ve been working in the early childhood education field since 2017, and it continues to be a passion and privilege to guide young minds during such a formative time in their lives.

My teaching approach is rooted in a child-led curriculum, where I follow the children’s interests to inspire curiosity, spark a love for learning, and support deeper cognitive development. I also place a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning—encouraging cooperative problem-solving, fostering empathy, and honoring each child as a whole, unique individual. I believe the early years are the foundation for lifelong growth, and I’m committed to creating a nurturing, meaningful, and joyful classroom experience.
